# Research

Retail pricing data from the Zinc API, published as two datasets covering 215 categories.

## Datasets

- [Amazon vs Walmart](/research/amazon-vs-walmart) — same-product price comparisons, matched by UPC barcode
- [Consumer price index](/research/cpi) — daily price tracking, indexed over time

Both are built from the same product data the [Zinc API](/docs) returns.
